If you are looking for a tanning salon that has options, Bronze Bay is it! The Versa Spa (Sunless) is my favorite! Very friendly staff! Definitely recommend!

Love the beds! Always feel a shade darker when i’m done tanning! The stand up bed gets kickin hot too! Highly recommend

Wow I am impressed

I went in to tan for the first time in years. I had driven past Bronze Bay and liked the look of it, so I decided to give it a try. The staff showed me around and discussed all the options. They were so nice and helpful and I was able to look at lotions and a membership. The salon was very clean and organized and they had lots of extra ammenities. I can't wait to go back and would suggest anyone to go give it a try!

I went in new year's eve to sign up for a membership and i was planning on tanning that same day. the girl that was suppose 2 be helping me was very short with any explanations to my questions after i signed the paperwork she asked if i was planning on tanning today, i replied yes (since the previous day my 7 yr old stayed in the lobby with her 7month old sister who was sleeping), she rudely said they have to be 10 to stay in the lobby ...... i have noticed in the last 10 years that new castle girls are getting rude, snobby, and have the attitude that they are better than everybody else, so i will see how this works out but so far im not happy with them at all.

My complaint about Bronze Bay is that they do not provide the customer with equipped managers to handle issues that come up. I have had 3 issues in 2 years with Bronze Bay and have not had one of them resolved. The first issue was when staff told my husband (who was a first time tanner) that it was ok for him to stay in a level one bed for 20 minutes. My husband recieved a burn do to their advice. I called about the situation and never heard back from a manger. The second problem was when I showed up at the New Castle store at 9am or so and it was not open. I called other stores and they said someone was on their way from Anderson. This was an inconvenience to me because I schedule my tanning into my day. Again I called and left a note for the manager to call me and again never heard a thing back. The third and final issue was when I tried to take back a tooth whitening kit and actually talked to a manager this time. The manager said she would get back with me on refunding my money but again never did. The issue that bothered me the most was after I called Bronze Bay to see what I needed to do to close my account and the young lady advised me to come down and fill out the appropriate paperwork. When I showed up at the new Castle store the young lady working the cash register was visibly upset and again there was NO manager there to back her up concerning my issue. I do not know how Bronze Bay keeps their customers or their staff. M.Smith

bulbs out in level 4 bed, mgr gave 2 dollar credit went bac 2 weeks later same bed bulbs still out are they just in this for the money?? do they care if customers are satisfied at all??
