Absolutely terrible customer service. Told me I needed to be home for a 5 hour delivery window, then apparently knocked on the back door of my house INSIDE MY OPEN GARAGE DOOR and never rang the front doorbell so I never heard them. Left without going to the front door and ringing the bell. Then when I called, told me they would have to come back another day. Asked me how I had missed seeing a tractor trailer outside of my house. Just rude and terrible customer service.
