        Total rip off

        I took a cab from New castle to Newark. I asked them if they could pick me up and he agreed. He dropped me but did not put the meter. Charged me 25 bucks for a travel of 10 bucks. Reason he came all the way from Wilmington. Wtf dude. No one forced you.why shud I pay for your travel. Disappointed

        I just want to say MY experience was poor with this company. My husband was stranded and the fellow I spoke with on the phone said yes we can pick him up and take him to his destination. Well I gave him the address where he was at and my husbands number. He never showed up and never called. So I say BOO BOO ON YOU !!!

        Great service

        I had a beautiful experience with this great company which makes me to feel like riding a taxi all the time. The cabbie by the name of Tony is a wonderful Guy the way he treats customer and maintain is clean cab is such an extraordinary and marvelous. Who so ever tries this company, you will prove me right.
        I hope the rest of the drivers of Family Taxi should emulate Tony.
        Bravo Family Taxi! Bravo Tony!
