Evergreen Waste Services

I hired Evergreen Waste Services ("EWS") to collect trash for my home. They charge in advance and you pay for three months. On March 31, 2023, EWS failed to collect both the trash and the recycling. We are required to separate both. I complained several times and nothing was done. I was not given a refund. The next week, 4/7/23, EWS filed to collect the recycling. I complained several times and EWS agreed to do a pickup on 4/11/2. They never showed. The promised a refund. I never received it. I made 5-6 calls to complaint. Their voice mail does not take messages and hangs up on you telling you that due to "call volume" you should call back. When you do, the system hangs up on you again. EWS does not return phone calls. I tried texting and emailing. EWS does not respond. The one time they did, they accused me of not taking the cans out to the curb. I sent them 4 videos of me taking the cans out and of the cans at the curb. They simply denied what was in the video and claimed the cans were not at the curb. The ignored overwhelming evidence against them. I took videos of EWS trucks driving by, which they do. Often. The trucks just pass by the house and ignore the trash. The next week, which was 4/21/23, EWS again failed to collect all the trash. They left all the recycling. Recycling is required in Delaware and they are required to collect it. They refuse to do so.

Yes, they're taking the trash. That's it. If you call them, no answer. If you want extra services, nope... If you have some complains, they charge. But they collect the trash.
