Made a goof and I'm almost out of oil!!! They have Sunday hours and they are squeezing me in today. What a life saver! Friendly, easy to deal with. They will now become my full time dealer.
Had some work done and they completely overcharged and took advantage of the situation. 7 hours work with no materials invoved and they charged $2800. There was no justification for the cost on the reciept or anytwhere else. I was just told by the owner that they can't make money with an hourly rate and nearly $400 an hour is normal.
My regular company refused to deliver to me during the snow storm. I have been with them for three years and when I got home my house was down to 58 degrees and my oil company told me they couldn't get to me for two days. The girl on the phone was very rude and acted like I was bugging her so I started calling other companies and Cochran Oil was the only one who would deliver to me that day. The girls on the phone were very nice and the delivery man was very courteous. I will definately stay with them.
