Walnut Hill Care Center

My mother was admitted into Walnut Hill Care Center last week, and I went to meet her when she was brought in. I went to the room and was introduced to the CNA's and nurse that is taking care of my mother. They were very kind, and took the time to talk to me about her, and answered any questions i had. I was hard for me to make the decision to put her in a nursing home, but she needed more care than i could give her, and I feel very confident that Walnut Hill Care Center was the right choice for us.

I started seeing therapy today, and I am very pleased. They were very friendly and encouraging. they are helping me get back to my normal activities and go home. Just as the doctor ordered :)

My feet were not properly cared for at the hospital, and within two days, they are drastically better. The nurses and aides are helpful and pleasant to be around.

friendly staff, beautiful new lobby. the new administrator really looks like she really turned the place around for the better.

I'm a patient whom gets served 4 ounces of milk and black coffee as my beverage with lunch and dinner.... My toilet ruins my socks every night as its leaking and no one fixes it...dirty bathrooms..no sanitizer in sight and don't get me started on showers... Rudeness because of many drug addicts on here so we get treated wrong and I don't even like to take Tylenol its a hole in the wall and when I find the info I'm taking the owner right to the governors office; i may not be physically able but my brain is

I'm a patient here and have been for the last five years because of I wound I have that still IS NOT healed....I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place, very unprofessional

lmao ...i use to work there and these reviews are absolutely correct that putrid smell of ciggerette smoke is coming from the big man the boss the owner DR GRIGGS,,,

My mother has been there for less than24 hours and what a total disaster yes cigarette smoke coming from the administrative offices and a putrid smell of urine.....I am afraid to leave her there any longer...we are taking her home in the a.m. treated so inhumane...paying money for this?

beware, this place may look nice and you may have a favorable first impression but trust me it is TOXIC!

having visited this institution several times, i believe it is TOXIC! i have smelled cigarette smoke coming from the administrative offices every time i have been there. the smell of urine is obvious as soon as you enter the building. this is not a place to be unless there is no other that will take you!
