        I went to Cost Cutters yesterday. I picked a Thursday morning at 9 am thinking it would not be crowded. It was not. There were four hair cutters, and three customers. I waited for 10 min. and was told they were too busy coloring hair to cut my hair into a bob. When I looked in the back of the store, the women working there were coloring each others hair. I was very disappointed to learn they REALLY do not take walk in clients. I was also surprised cutting a bob would be too complicated that morning. A bob with hair like mine is less than a ten minute hair cut. I feel discriminated against. I do not recommend this shop unless you are family to the workers.
