Exquisite Stained Glass

Very unhappy with the business practices of this company. The owners created a design that I did not request and then charged me a design fee and still have not refunded my money. Nothing was ever mentioned about deducting money from my deposit until I requested it back to me. I found the business practices to be very unethical.
