Be in Touch

There is some misinformation concerning this business that needs clarified. The building that Be In Touch is located in is called The Electronic Cafe. There are 3 separate businesses in The Electronic Cafe: Automania, Be In Touch, and Josh's iRepair. Josh is not the owner of Be In Touch and never has been. Josh is the owner of Josh's iRepair. Any comments concerning Josh's iRepair needs to be reviewed for that business. It would be like complaining to Belk for the bad service you received at Penneys. As far as buying stolen phones, I do know that any phone purchased at The Electronic Cafe through any of the businesses is checked out through online checking services. If a phone is not blacklisted the phone is assumed eligible for purchase. There is no other way of knowing if a phone has been stolen or not. No phone would be knowingly purchased if it has been stolen. Be In Touch has been in service since 1999. They are the longest running independent cell phone dealer in Scioto county.

Terrible place! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BE IN TOUCH TO ANYONE! Time and time again I have looked past the issues with this business and continued to spend my money there.
The owner, Josh, has no concept of professionalism or customer service. He is blatantly rude and condescending to people. He will talk to you like you're an idiot. He will straight up ignore you. If you ask him a question he will snap at you. Chomping on pizza and typing on a computer (not looking up from it) while waiting on customers. It's clear he does not value his customers whatsoever.
Not to mention that I have heard from several people in Portsmouth that he is notorious for routinely buying STOLEN cell phones from the same people over and over again and then reselling them. It's a surprise he hasn't been charged with receiving stolen property yet.
Don't get sucked in to this place like I did! Stay away from it!

I love this store I'm been a customer for three years now and I have nothing bad to say they help me with what I need and they get the job done and the people that work there are very nice
