Courts Plus Fitness

Courts Plus has a great staff, great and varied classes from yoga to Zumba and plenty of racquetball courts. The two pools offer plenty of swimming area and the exercise equipment, although dated, is plentiful and kept in working condition. There is a nice steam room although it is coed.



On the down side the men's locker room near the indoor pool is in bad need of updating. It has the worst smelling urinal area I have ever been in and it seems to get worse. At one time there was a nice jacuzzi but it was removed. It should be replaced. In many of the workout classes some instructors allow way too much talking which is very distracting to those who are there to benefit from the instruction. This is very obvious in the senior aquatics classes and it's obviousl that many of the participants are there too socialise and not interested in the exercise. It is extremely rude behavior and condoned by the instructors.
