I bought 2 wigs from this company two days ago.
I asked if they were size average and was told yes. I tried them on at the store. I was not told that a wig was not returnable, nor did I see a sign posted stating that. When I got home I tried them on again and you could not even style them. One wig was a large size and was way to big. I remember now that she fitted it on my head and I said something about it not fitting right. She pulled it back on my forehead trying to make it fit. I decided they were not going to work so I returned them yesterday. She told me They were non returnable because I had tried them on and had said I liked them. So I told her that "Here they are , the receipts are in the bag, and I expected her to refund my money. I left. As of today no refund has happened. I guess we'll see what happens. Looks like I am required to rate this so I have to choose a star but believe me the star is a minus
