I have a hard time believing that the review below could possibly be the about the same person who installed our whirlpool - my husband, two young children, and I were positively delighted by Mike's friendly demeanor while he worked in our home. To begin, Mike always layed drop clothes before starting to protect our floors. He allowed my husband to do some of the initial tear-out to help us save on cost and took the time to carefully show him how to do it. He always valued our opinion and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. When a snafu came up (as they always seem to do in our 1940's Cape Cod!) Mike carefully described our options and helped us to ensure that everything would be up to code and functioning. Perhaps most significant is the fact that Mike patiently delayed his departure (at the end of long, hard-working day) to answer my young son's insatiable curiosity about his tool bucket. Mike was referred to me by a colleague who had nothing but wonderful things to say.
