James the technician that came out was very respectful of our request to leave the front porch alone due to the sparrows nest we have by our door. He left a note that let us know someone had actually been there and he is the first Aptive technician to do that he also went around the whole house and sprayed for bugs kind and thorough wanted to let everyone know how pleased we were with his service and professionalism

This is our first call. Tech was friendly and explained all what he was going to do. Came within stated time span.

Minroy called ahead to let me know he was running a little late, thank you. He was friendly and knowledgeable and professional. Minroy listened to my biggest concerns and addressed those along with the scheduled treatment. First treatment today, I will let you know how this proceeds. So far so good.

Aside from arriving about 30 minutes later than scheduled, Minroy and his team did a great job. They took care of everything as promised, and even explained what areas they were NOT able to get to and why. I am most grateful that they got rid of the wasps in my kids' fort, and I don't anticipate them (the wasps) coming back.

I am a new customer. My lawn had its first treatment today scheduled between 2:40 and 4:40. Michael G showed up at 2:45 right after both my kids went down for their naps. He was curtious and patient with me and answer all my questions with the same attitude. I am very comfortable with him doing the regular work in my yard and at my home.

Terrance did a great job. One day later and all my ants and wasps are gone!! I couldn't thank him enough.

Today was our first initial service and Carl Pittelkow was very friendly and went around the property and treated everything and even had a dog treat for my dog. Also, was here at 10 am, as the window of service was from 10-12noon.
