Established in 1981, Marburn Academy is a nonprofit, coeducational day school that serves more than 100 students. The school s core curriculum includes language arts, math, science and social studies. It also organizes classes in music, physical education, keyboarding, digital photography and movie making. Marburn Academy s studio arts course includes painting, drawing, printmaking, weaving, wood working and ceramics. The school offers a variety of athletic activities, such as basketball, volleyball, cross country, golf and soccer. It hosts outdoor adventure trips. Marburn Academy is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States and the Ohio Association of Independent Schools. The school is located in Columbus, Ohio.
