        At Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes, our mission is to provide guidance and support to our community, before, during and after the time when a family has suffered a loss. We provide direction with all aspects of the funeral process from our Peace of Mind Pre-planning Program through all of the details with the funeral and cemetery to our in-home after-care service. Since 1848, the family-owned and operated funeral homes of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville have proudly held strong roots by faithfully serving the Southern Indiana community. In 1995, current owners D. Mark Seabrook, John R. Naville, Lyle D. Houston, all licensed funeral home directors and embalmers, merged the Dieckmann Funeral Home(founded in 1848) and the Seabrook Funeral Home (founded in 1920) to form the Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes. We now have two locations in New Albany, located at 1119 E. Market Street and 1846 E. Oak Street. We are a full-service funeral home available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.         My mother recently passed away and our experience with John Naville, Walter Prince and their entire team was exceptional. Their planning, professionalism, and the personal touch all exceeded our entire family's expectations. Every aspect of mom's funeral was a wonderful honor of her life.
