Out Back Gun Part Inc

They have answered my emails sooner or later, but trying to get through on the phone with the one number they list, HA. I've been trying to reach them by phone for two weeks. Unfortunately they are the only gun parts people in this country that said they had what I needed. So I'll keep trying. Not a good way to do business.

They advertised my parts as available but they do not have them. i waited 12 days to hear from them and they sent me a 1 line email saying"NO, Keep trying back." seriously.



what kind of way is that to do business? I don't think they are serious and i believe they have no clue of how to conduct a transaction.

I needed one very hard to find part and the guy on the phone said they had it and he was sure it was the right part. He seemed very knowledgeable about the gun so I said ship it to me. When it arrived it was the completely wrong part. And they have a restocking fee and I would've had to pay to ship it back. Well the part only cost $2 but the shipping was $8. No one told me the shipping was 4X the price of the part I was ordering either.

It took them 2 weeks to ship my order, then the assembly had defective parts in it I had to replace.



They have hard to find parts, but they will be my last choice, not my first.
