        this company sucks

        they came to fix my fireplace. They showed up without the parts I told them to bring in order to fix it. They managed to get it working, took my check and left. It quit working within the hour. I called them, they told me they would be back sometime next week. That week came and went. Called them again. Didn't know when they could come back, then he tried to tell me I got what I paid for because I paid to have my gas fireplace "serviced" and they fixed it as a coutesy to me. Who has a firplace serviced THAT IS BROKEN? So I demanded my money back. They told me they would refund my money but have not received it. Now I have to call the Better Business Bureau. They won't even answer there phone.

        you can go to the bbb site and see that this complaint is not backed up with honesty. this customer had a system that he had not kept serviced and shut down due to the neglect of the owner. the service charge to clean a system is 160.00 which he paid for the cleaning. while we were there we showed him that his fan did work, but we could not tell him how long it would last. during the cleaning, we showed him the reason his system would not run was due to the pilot tube being broke. he was informed it could be repaired for an additional 15.00 which he agreed to pay and did. after we left his fan system quit working, which he was aware that it may not last. a fan from us is 200.00 for the part, he did not want to pay, so we did not install one. we install and service hundreds of systems each year, and will run into this type of client very rarely.
