Arts Lawn Mower Repair

Called Art back in February when I figured it would be a slow time to repair lawnmowers. Couldn't do it then becasue he was going out of town. Said he would call me. Called him several weeks later, same story. Called again today, he is now to busy. Very unreliable and didn't want the work during the winter. I actaually had a couple of jobs for him then.

Art is totally unreliable. He said he'd pick up the mower, then he went of town without calling to tell me. I gave him a second chance, he said he would call before he came by, but showed up without calling and I wasn't there. Never apologized, and was totally arrogant.
