Vehicle had a problem that barred it from passing inspection. He said he would fix it and it was missing a title he said he would get. I informed him that we are approved for financing already on that vehicle and we would take it. Called to get a progress report and he never called back. Went down there and he told me that he took someone else's down payment for it. Lost good customers for laziness and greed.
