        Overall

        Called independent plumbing this morning for a clogged toilet that was beyond our scope. The gentleman I spoke with spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, troubleshooting things to rule out in order to save me the money of having him come out, which was very appreciated!



        I did have him come and he wrapped up the problem very quickly. He has great bedside manner and was very professional. The house was kept clean, and he would be highly reccomended by me for anyone in need of a plumber's services.
