Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible maintenance service and no concern for the well being of the tenants that rent from them. Cannot wait to get out of my lease.

I Have Ben renting from Joe For a couple mo, I can say he don't fix nothing he lie I have spoke to others that have rented from Joe And there having the same problems , wants LOTS OF MONEY for TRASH. No heat or hot water
No water at all
