Top notch inspection today, this was a Pre-Inspection on a house I am getting ready to list and the list that was put together for repairs was impressive and I had no idea that I had this small issues that needed to be taken care of before I list the home.

Used this company for home inspection on recently purchased home. I was out of state when the inspection was conducted. Company gave home clean bill of health. Upon moving in found major roof issues, paver issues (replaced) along with other issues that the inspection company failed to find. Clearly this company did a sub-standard job and took advantage of someone out of state trying to purchase a property. Buyer beware!
