Wildcat Taxi

I had used them to pick me up earlier today, about two hours later I asked to be picked up from the location I was dropped off. I was told about 20 mins, no problem I didn't mind waiting. Why did I wait for an hour? On top of that I called several times no one answers. I guess after having the phone rang over and over she turned both phones off so that she would not receive any of my calls. Because it kept going to voicemail. After almost waiting two hours I decided to take taxi for less which took no less than two minutes to pick me up. In all honesty I enjoy them picking me up because I used them often, but there was no reason to have me waiting just not to show up lady.

This taxi company I found to be unreliable. I made a call in the afternoon or early evening of 6 Nov 2016 and spoke with a man to have an arranged taxi pick up at my residence at 0930 hrs on 7 Nov 2016 in order to make an important appointment. The man said he would let someone know, but told me to call somewhere between 0730 hrs and 0845 hrs to speak with someone to ensure the pick up. On 7 Nov 2016, I made several calls to ensure that I would have a pick up, but was routed to an answering machine or service each time I called. Based on the recording I was to receive a call back as soon as possible. I left the message that I needed a cab at my residence at 0930 hrs so that I could arrive at my important appointment on time. I NEVER received any call back and the cab NEVER arrived at my residence at the specified time. I would and will NEVER recommend this cab service to anyone within the area or to those arriving to visit the area. No one should ever attempt to contact this taxi service as they will not be taken care of and will not ever receive any type of courtesy call back.

Friendly staff, very reliable. Cheapest / best cab service compared to others. Family owned to. I recommend to anyone.

Great service! Driver really nice and is on time. Lady answering the phone was really nice too. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Horrible service. Prearranged a time and driver showed up 20 minutes late.. then driver did not pay attention to traffic lights, did not stop talking, and used foul language. Did not have credit card application downloaded on his phone and yelled and was very rude to my husband when he went to pay cash. Also taxi was very dirty. Will not use again.

I used Wildcat taxi for five days while attending a training session. My experience with this company was extremely positive. The business is family owned and I got to meet three of the drivers and all of them were on time and extremely courteous. I had a scheduled pickup for multiple mornings, and they were always punctual. I never had to wait for more than 15 minutes although I have to add that there was no home game the weekend I arrived at the airport so I think people need to take this under consideration. I wholeheartedly recommend Wildcat taxi. Thank you for making transportation something I didn't have to worry about!

My young soldier does not have a car. He relies on Wildcat taxi for getting around. We have also reserved a taxi for both pick up for the airport and drop off back at base.several times. The office staff has always been friendly and professional. My son has told me that they are always on time and he has liked every driver. I'm sorry for the negative reviews but I'd like to say "Thank you" Wildcat for taking such great care of my son.

Very unprofessional taxi company.I will NEVER call them again, I called for my can to take me to an appointment and was told there would be an hour wait. After an hour and a half I called and nobody answered me. I was shocked I kept trying to call but no one answered I eventually got hung up on so I didn't call back. I ended up missing my appointment. Thanks a lot I mean come on people at least let someone know if you can't make it. Never again will I use that can company and I told all my friends and family about it so they won't get any business from us.

Thought everything was going great til we called for our ride back to our hotel and after what I thought was a patient wait of an hour ( which should of taken like 15 minutes) I decided to call and check up and got hung up on very unprofessional wouldn't recommend them . Use cat cab! They are super friendly and fast/affordable!

This cab service is the definition of unprofessional. I called ahead and hour and a half before my pick up time. She said she could be there. 8:45-Wheres my cab? this is the pick up time. 8:50 I call, and they say they on are the way. 9:00-When I need to be at work. Still no cab. Finally, two minutes later, they come around. No apologies for being late, nothing. I'm decent, I just get in the cab. I called earlier and specifically asked if they could take cards, and now they have to write down my info so they can charge me later. If you can't make it in time, JUST TELL ME. This is the second time I've been screwed. Use Taxi 4 less. They will at least be honest with you.

Called for a cab, was told 5 minutes. Called back 20 minutes later for a status just to be hung up on. Skip this joke of a company.

Wildcat taxi is the most immature service i have ever dealt with! I reserved a pickup time and they never showed, never called, never answered my calls and left me stranded in the sub freezing temps! I will NEVER contact them again

I like this taxi service a LOT. I've used them exclusively since they opened. They have had their growing pains just like any new company. But they work hard and have a very solid business. They are, by far, the BEST cab company servicing Manhattan!

Generally wildcat taxi is very courteous and prompt, always a pleasure to deal with.. That is, if one of the male drivers, or the younger of the two women drivers are working. The older woman who drives for them is so rude, and unprofessional that it causes a 5 star review to fall to a 2. Twice in 24 hours we have been left to wait indefinitely for wildcat taxi. They estimated an hour wait time, which was fine considering we didn't call ahead and it was a Saturday night. 4 hours later its 5 am and still no taxi, and they ignore all of my calls. Today we call ahead by an hour and a half to arrange a pick up, they tell us they will be there. Surprise surprise, they no showed again and ignored our calls again. It is really unfortunate that one bad driver can ruin my opinion of the company as a whole, but she is that bad. They advertise that they accept credit cards, I handed my card to this woman at the end of a ride and was met with a response of "are you serious? A card?" And she was extremely rude about having to swipe my card through her card reader. Oh boo hoo, don't advertise it if you don't want people to pay using them. Some of the other drivers don't even carry card readers, but will take you to the nearest ATM free of charge to get cash.



I won't say avoid them as a whole.

Call them, if an older woman answers the phone. Hang up immediately and call somebody else.

We had made arrangements with another taxi service for an early morning trip to the airport and it didn't show up. Called Wildcat and he arrived in less than ten minutes and was very friendly - got us there quickly. Highly recommend. Don't use Taxi 4 Less.
