I exercise my first amendment constitutional right when writing this review. I looked at 6 of this landlords properties today. These properties are not suitable for any human to live in! They are disgusting. It does not look like this landlord puts any money into the properties while charging premium rent. They are filthy and it does not even appear the landlord cleans the carpet between tenants. I would highly advise anyone who reads this not to rent from them and to look elsewhere. Consider someplace like www.moreheadkentuckyrentals.com prior to renting from this landlord. They are people who put money into their rental properties and will respond to renters when they have a maintenance issue. DO NOT RENT FROM WHITE'S RENTALS unless you care to live in a dirty dingy place!
