SMOKY, had to file BBB complaint.

I wish I could give 0 stars...



I'm not an unreasonable person. I'm also not an unhappy person. I just got back from Mexico and I'm on cloud NINE, in fact, so I am NOT pumped about writing a negative review. HOWEVER... This experience was bad enough that people should know.



We booked this limo for our WEDDING and the driver showed up late (He was supposed to be on call and we called and asked him to come early... he instead showed up at the original time.... so I guess this part is debatable.) Our main concern: the car was not very clean and it REAKED of Kool cigarettes. The odor was so bad that by the end of the night, I had a migraine. I was hanging out the window to get air. I called the next day to report the instance since their website clearly states they do not allow smoking in their cars and was met with respect and assured, without asking mind you, that we would receive a FULL refund. I was truly calling to inform them and hopefully prevent this for another bride. I was so impressed with how the company handled it I made a mental note to write a GOOD review.



Upon returning from our honeymoon, we saw LESS THAN HALF of a refund. When we called to question this, the couple that owns the business argued, saying they never promised us this, they shouted at us and called us liars, CURSED at us and told us to hire a lawyer then hung up on us. Not before the owner himself told my husband that he "doesn't care about making it right with you, other people will use our limo company." Unbelievably unprofessional. We are shocked and in awe that these people are in business.



We have filed with BBB and if this is resolved properly, we will update our review, but it is truly a shame we have had to take these steps. I wasn't even calling for a refund originally... I would have settled for a partial gladly. But we were told we would get a full refund, so that's what we expected. I am still in awe that I was called a liar by a "business person" and that this same man who insisted his website has nothing about smoking policies... when I have a screen shot of the "smoke free" company policies stating there is a $200 fine for smoking in the cars, etc. Maybe they are crazy people... Either way, consider yourself warned.
