Patrick Marino takes excellent care of his clients by tailoring their policy for them. His is not a cookie cutter, one size fits all operation. He is working for you, not the big companies. He also explains everything and does not rush you into a plan that will not be a good fit. He explains the details thoroughly and is very knowledgeable about conditions that vary depending on where you live because there are regional differences in a large State like California. He has also been great in the follow up after I purchased the policy dealing with the inspection of the property and fine tuning any details that might arise with an older property. He always returns calls and follows through with anything else you will need to get your insurance handled in a timely manner.
