Great company very friendly employees and a vast knowledge of electricity very professional and a great location.

they did the job well but were just a bit pricey. I still went ahead and had them fix the issue. I am satisfied but wish they were more competitive. supply and demand I suppose!

Our microwave oven was cutting off without warning and tripping the breaker in our home in Franklin. We were concerned about a fire hazard considering some of the noises our oven made during these events. West Side diagnosed and fixed it. I must note they actually answered the phone the first time we called and came out promptly. Pricing was more than fair.
