They do not respect your neighbors property. I live in a twin house and the house connected to mine was having their roof done by them. We had a metal divider to prevent leeks between houses. His men ripped out the divider illegally and started to hammer shingles into our roof without our consent and said the work we had professionally done was sh*t work. They did not clean up all the nails and debris on the roofs. The first day they drove their truck across my front pavement, luckily I stopped them from driving their F-350 across it. They told us if we didn't like what they were doing to call a lawyer. So if you see them working on anyone's roof let the owners know how they treat the neighbors.
