This water board has always been pleasant and helpful to me as a customer. Since I'm a senior on a very fixed income, not by choice, there are times when my bills are a little too much to make it and they are understanding and will give me a little extra time to pay my balance since maybe I could only make a partial amount for that month but next month a little brighter financially. Some cities I have heard will just cut off your water period. No understanding at all. So this place just makes it feel like that are family. Thank You nice people!
