Travel planning has never been easier! After a nightmare with another local travel agency I called Ruth at Universal and she took the reins and had our entire trip planned and booked in less than one hour. No problems or hassels. Universal Travel makes me feel that I'm their only client. After several years of doing business with them, it only takes a quick phone call telling them of my travel plans and they do the rest and do it right every time. The best thing about Universal Travel is when my travel plans go bad, such as delays or cancellations etc. All I have to do is call them and make them aware of the siuation and than relax...... I get a call back in a very short time and get my revised travel schedule.
