        Does not follow through with warranty repairs, shotty workmanship. Did not complete original repairs in a timely manner. Nor did Jim address issues or questions. Upon further investigation, they have several unaddressed complaints with the BBB. Beware of this company I wouldn't recommend them or their workmanship. Terrible job and terrible customer service.

        Great service fast, arrived less than an hour after initial call. Work was done great and cheap over half off of what others quoted. Would highly recommend, friendly good low cost services. Thank you guys

        I called when my pipes froze. Jim suggested I turn the heat up in the house and turn all the faucets on for 30 minutes before calling them out. Sure enough, the frozen pipe thawed and United Plumbing's services were not needed, saving me time and money-- and guaranteeing that I will call them in the future when I need an honest and skilled plumber. Thanks Jim!
