Our honeymoon was amazing with Sharon's help. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us terrific recommendations. Secrets Maroma in Riviera Maya, Mexico is a fantastic resort and we highly suggest it for any honeymooners!

Thank you so much for your recommendation to stay at the Excellence Playa Mujeres! We had a perfect time and really hated to come home! Thank you for all the time you took in answering ALL of our questions and making sure this resort met our expectations. The accomodations and vacation you set up for our son Ryan & Lauren his girlfriend, at the Sandals Grande St Lucian were fabulous and they had a great time. As they said, worth every penny of our money. The butler service worked out well and the butler got them upgraded into a private Rondoval residence shortly after they arrived. Thank you so much for their fabulous accomodations & vacation. Ryan Proposed to Lauren on the vacation so I now need your help setting up their honeymoon.

Bad service. I initially didn't realize that they were just another online travel website working on volume instead of quality. You would do yourself a favor and find someone local because if you have a problem like I did you have little recourse unless you happen to be in Arizona where they are located.

Geoff,Thank you for sending us to Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay, Jamaica. We came back from our honeymoon speechless..You guys made the whole process seamless and it was the most AMAZING experience my husband and I have ever had...the resort is spectacular and the rooms are so amazing and romantic. Can't wait till our Anniversary..thank you for being so caring and detailed. Our Honeymoon was truly PERFECT!!!

What a perfect vacation! Yindee and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Plantation, Jamaica. The resort was the perfect combination of size, style, atmosphere and activities. The butler service was extraordinary and the entire staff made this the perfect anniversary trip. We plan to return again next year and will most certainly book through you! Just wanted to give you an followup on Corrie and Marc's honeymoon. I talked to Corrie yesterday, and she said the honeymoon to the Sandals Regency was PERFECT. She said the honeymoon suite was wonderful - plenty of space; she said they wouldn't have needed a bigger room than they had, she said they had 2 butler's which they used alot, and said they were wonderful-made dinner reservations for them even before they got there, and did other things for them, she said the dining in that particular Sandals, vs. the other 2 on the island, was top-notch, and the hotel quiet - which she said was exactly what they wanted. She said they visited the other 2 Sandals while there, and said the Sandals Grande's pool was fantastic - but the atmosphere very boistrous and noisy, and said it was nice to visit for the pool and beach, and water sports, but was glad they weren't staying there. She said most of the time, they would just use their own private pool that their building had, and really enjoyed it. All-in-all, they had a 5-star honeymoon they will always remember.

This company gave us the worst service one they got your money never called back or answered their phones. They were great until they got your money then they seemed to not care. Wish I had use a diffrent company

This was our first time using a travel agent and the first time going to an all inclusive resort. WE LOVED IT! We had a wonderful time at the Grand Oasis Cancun. We were there from Dec 13-18. The service recieved from using this travel agency made all the difference. We will definately be planning another vacation with you. I'll be in touch very soon.

Our group of 7 recently went to The Royal Resort in Playa del Carmen. We booked our trip last August through Ultimate All-Inclusive and could not have asked for better service. Not only were they helpful in finding exactly what we wanted when first researching the options for our vacation, but Sharon and Geoff were SO patient with all of us calling in at different times to line up rooms, pay deposits, and double check our travel documents. They also kept us up to date and answered all of the questions we had during the swine flu scare in May. The service we had was outstanding and I am already in talks with our group about booking a trip through Ultimate again next year!
