Turner Tours

We used Turner last month to transport 60 wedding guests between the hotel in Novi and the ceremony/reception venue in West Bloomfield. The bus was on time (a few minutes early, actually) for both drop-off and pick-up; the vehicle was nice and, more importantly, clean; and the drivers were friendly and professional. We would absolutely hire Turner again, and highly recommend them to anyone else with group transportation needs in the Detroit area.

We booked this company for an employee event. We signed a contract with specific arrival and departure times and paid in advance. We confirmed the day before our event that all was well.



The day of the event, the bus arrived one hour LATE while 50 employees stood waiting in the parking lot. We had to call them to find out what went wrong - no one called us.



When I asked them to make it right financially, I was offered a $50 credit on a future bus trip - are they kidding? I can't risk ever using them again nor should you.

We've travelled with Turner Tours on several of our adventures and have had nothing but fun. Our drivers, Charles and Larry, were very professional, courteous and friendly. Once we hit the road, they were all about the business of handling the road. They were very knowledgeable of the road/route to get us to our destination safely and, at one point, ahead of schedule. Even with a mishap (bus malfunction), they were prompt and efficient with the repairs and getting us back on the road. And the manager of the business, Jackie, is as professional, courteous, and friendly as the drivers. It's a relaxed environment while you're still conducting the importance of your business. All in all, Turner Tours is a professional business with an exemplar show of business acumen. When the KISSS KREW go, we go Turner Tours.
