PRQ Exteriors (Derek and Pat) was extremely professional and helpful in assisting with interfacing with the insurance company when filing our claim. As a project, they managed the installation of new shingles, skylights, fascia painting, and gutter replacements and accomplished it all within one week. All of their subcontractors were on time, efficient and courteous. We are very pleased with the end result which looks great

I was extremely impressed with this company, from the first contact to the very last! Professional through and through with attention to detail. They always did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Alex answered every phone call and text very promptly. He totally handled the insurance company and all the legwork in that area. The roofers were polite, considerate, and exceptionally careful of my landscaping. The roofing job itself looks great. Then to top it off, their quality assurance person came by the next morning to scan again for nails, and counted them so they could measure the quality of their clean up crew! Everyone was respectful (including always wearing masks when around me), friendly, and patient in explaining things. I would highly recommend PRQ for roofing! “

Window Installation/Replacement
A neighbor recommended PRQ based on his good experience with them. I used them as a contractor to deal with July 2019 hail damage. They handled the roof replacement, solar panel deinstall and reinstall, gutter replacement and are working with me on window replacement. Work was done accurately and efficiently, and they took great care of coordinating the subcontractors. Alex was great to work with. I’d use them again and I recommend them. “

Residential Roof Inspection
PRQ was great to work with. I almost didn’t have them even inspect my roof because despite clear hail damage on my window screens another roofer said they didn’t see any shingle damage. PQR inspected and brought the photos to show me and my insurance company. Then they did the work of coordinating with my insurance company. Unlike some companies they didn’t claim that they could rebate my deductible, but they did commit to doing the work and ensuring my cost was only my deductible. They have lived up to that commitment. They also coordinated the removal and reinstalling of my solar panels, including expediting the roof inspection with the city to get my panels back on and producing.
