Towing Absolute

After being stuck, beside a very busy highway, for the expected wait time, Victor arrived and was super. He looked under the hood and since the car would start, he had me move it to a safer spot to be picked up. He escorted me to his truck to wait, which was a nice touch. It was a relatively short ride to my destination and Victor did a good job. I appreciate the service. *smile*

This company has no respect for anyone! They towed my daughter's friends car for not having a visitors tag. Which in fact had fallen on to the floor. Then accused them of throwing it in the car when they went to retrieve the car. After overhearing the employees talking to the owner and accusing them of doing this and saying "the whole thing is bullsh#t" my daughter lost her temper. When I called the owner to ask about the rudeness and disrespect. He once again called my daughter a liar and stated she lost her temper (of course she had already told me she had). This was after I had already stated that I wasn't going to bother with arguing about whether the tag was there or not, the phone call was only to discuss the rudeness ( b/c arguing w/ a tow company about the actual tow is like asking a brick wall to move 2 steps to the left). At no point did he acknowledge the complaint or consider the fact that they were disrespectful. This fact only confirms that this is standard procedure and tolerated. Be advised this company will never admit they were wrong and I wouldn't use them if I was stranded anywhere, even if they were the only tow truck around and it was free!!

They towed my car after a drunk girl called it in at 5 AM!!! Did it ever occur to them when the underage, drunk, college girl called in for a car to be towed at 5 in the morning that MAYBE she wasn't in the best judgment!!?!?! I guess I just expect them to have a little more common sense about things.
