Advice to Management: Treat employees and clients with common decency and respect. Provide minimal benefits, again, respect and a little kindness goes a long way. You demand so much but give little in terms of support, care, and pay for your employees. It is borderline abuse to those you rely on most to provide the best care for the elderly and younger population. I am surprised you are still in business.
