The Pet Barber - Mobile Pet Grooming Spa

I have used mobile grooming many times before for my 2 dogs. This spa stands out above the rest. When I called to set up my appointment the owner was very helpfull and courteous. The groomer was exceptional. She was great with both of my dogs. I would suggest everyone to check out the Pet Barber. Just give them a call and you will see what I am talking about.

I was very impressed with the Pet Barber costumer services that I received on 11/09/08 for my dogs nails. They were very helpful in so many ways i was blown away. My dog can be very hard to handle when it comes to doing his nails but the groomer was excellent with him and was able to do his nails for me. Miguel and the groomer of PET BARBER were very knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent even though there was a lot of people and dogs waiting to be serviced for nail clipping. My kids loved the the dog costumes that were walking around and they were excellent at their job.

The services were excellent. They were timely. They treated JrMint with loving hands.

I was thrilled to fin the Pet Barber in the yellow pages.com. I have a handicapped Newfoundland who cannot get into the car anymore. I called Miguel and received an appointment right away. I had been trying for 2 months to get someone to come to the house. Both Miguel and Janet (the groomer) were great. My baby Toby looks beautiful and feels great. The vehicle was spotless and Janet actually layed on the floor with Toby to groom him as it is hard for him to stand. Toby and I now have a standing appointment with them. I wish I had known about it sooner. I work in customer service and you cound not ask for better service.

I called to see if these mobile groomers could cut the nails on my 130 pound mixed breed..Miquel kept on asking me what breed he was..I told him over and over that he was a mixed breed but mostly goat herder..very gentle, very sweet. His nails were becoming too long for him to walk...his response????...he hung up...I called back and got the answering machine...I don't usually write bad reviews but for a businessman to hang up and not call back...that's just bad business...

I was very satisfied with the grooming of my Shih Tsu. It is always hard on a pet when it's the first time meeting a groomer,but Janet was just great with him and he was wagging his tail when she finished.I am very protective of my dog ,but after today , I am not concerned at all.The mobile van was spotless;Janet was great and mt dog and I were happy.What more could I have asked for???Nothing,except my next appointment.

I can't tell you how happy I was with the service provided by your extremely able and confident young assistant. She was firm, gentle and knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. Neither of my cats was traumatized and I am a much happier pet owner. So, thank you again and I will keep your magnet on my fridge.

The Owner has admitted to me that he has way too many customers. They make appointments two months in advance, then they don't show up or call. No explanation. They may come a few times, but then expect that you will get bumped if something happens. And THEY pick and choose who will get shafted. Very unprofessional and no business ethics.

I would definately recommend The Mobile Pet Barber anyday. They groomed my cat for me, and did such a great "lion cut" job on her. My cat proved to be such a fussy little one but they handled her with such care. They even suggested what I can use for flea removal in my home. Im so happy with this service I recieved.

I am so unbelievably happy about the services I received from The Mobile Pet Barber!!! My Siberian Husky hates bath time and we just can't get him clean enough on our own. He is not a fan of water. We even bought the Rapid Bath system (which is a fabulous system by the way), but he hates water so much, that once we get to the rinse phase, he is already trying to get away and it is a constant fight.

We have tried many local groomers, but they always seem to mess it up some way or another.....shaving his belly-you don't shave a husky!!!!, cutting his hair uneven, not grooming his tail at all, sending him home soaking wet...you name it, we have been through it.

The Pet Barber is a godsend in my opinion. They have definitely got a lifetime customer out of me. Janet (the groomer we had the day they came to us) was nothing but professional and upbeat about her job. I told her of all the trouble he gives us and she told me not to worry and that he would be fine. Well, guess what?, he was, and he now looks absolutely GORGEOUS!!!



I cannot put into words how happy I am with the Pet Barber's services. If you are undecided about who to use with all of the new mobile groomers out there, you no longer have to think about it.....use the Pet Barber!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The convenience of having a mobile groomer, is quite obvious. But what you can't be sure of, is will the groomer be good, will they be on time? Will my cat or dog like them enough to let the grooming happen? The answer is YES YES YES YES YES!!!



Janet, one of the Pet Groomer's top groomers, was a sweetheart and she took top notch care of my cat Sammy. I can't say enough about her, and how Sammy and I feel like we found a new friend we can count on! I could tell the minute I met her that she would take great care of my baby Sammy. But at the same time, I also had the comfort of knowing, that we weren't in PetSmart or some vet office and then we had to get in the car and drive. Sammy was in the pet barber van--in MY driveway!



I was happy to find Sammy perfectly content with Janet in the pet barber van when I walked out of my house to get him when the grooming was finished. He wasn't nervous or dying to get out of the van like I thought he would be. He actually was quite comfortable, and even yawned a few times as Janet and I talked about our next appointment and how thankful I was.



Call the Pet Groomer. The rates are totally reasonable and I can't recommend them enough!

If your dog is your "child" this is the way to go... The Miguel and Janet are the people... They understand the needs to care for your pet. I have a 13 yr old lab and the first phone call to inquire about this I had about 20 questions. Miguel took the time out to answer all my concerns and made me feel so comfortable with my decision. When Janet arrived she couldn't of been any sweeter to me and Dunkin. She made Dunkin feel comfortable with her as well which I think is so important. Showed me around the mobile spa which is very clean and very equiped to handle small and large animals. When Dunkin came back in the house I was amazed! She never looked better. I even think she was as happy. She looked beautiful. When my six year old came home from school he saw her certificate and was praising her. It was a wonderful experience for all of us and I can not wait for my April appointment! Ever think about having a traveling vet with you? Thank you for taking care of her.

Are there any areas that we can improve upon? No need for improvement, EVERYTHING was great. I have to give u guys 100 on the handling of Zeus! He is PICKY, he doesn't like ANY one to touch his feet-paws. You done a GREAT job from head 2 toe. I ALWAYS wash, trim Zeus myself. But when it comes to his pedicure he absolutly HATES it. So we figured to give The Pet Barber a try and we were so pleased with everything. Even know Zeus didn't want it to end, he didn't want to GET OUT! We had to tease him w/ cheese :o)~ GREAT JOB, will DEFF be calling again to set and appt.

There were on time even though she called and said she was running behind, she showed up right on time. She explained everything that she was going to do for my dof Skyler, a 9 year old golden retriever. She was done in good time and my dog looked great and was very happy.

When I first called it was off hours. They got back to me right away and the customer service just soared higher and higher from the first call. They are courteous, kind and very professional. Their availability was prompt. The mobile was in spotless condition. The groomer was a young girl who was very professional and obviously knowledgeable about dogs. My pet can be very high energy and aggressive. She knew exactly how to handle him and was able to care for him exactly to my expectations. My search for a steady groomer is over. I can't imagine going with anyone else. People should be pampered and treated the way my pet was treated. They are top notch; way above the rest !!!
