        Established in 1986, The Part Monster has been a constant fixture in the NYC area for the past 25 years. We specialize in OEM (Orig.) and Aftermarket Auto Parts to independent garages and dealerships. We have expanded in the NYC Tri-State area to four full-service stores with warehouses, so an expansive inventory is always on hand at amazing prices. Orders usually ship out same day but this is not guaranteed, contact us if its time sensitive. If you need a part that is not listed, it's likely that we have it in stock and it can be ordered with us over the phone. These orders can be processed and shipped out on the same day. We also offer Saturday shipping. Place your orders Friday night / Saturday morning up until 10 am EST, the order will ship same day when possible, but is not guaranteed. It is important to note that we operate a wholesale business from our 4 stores in addition to our online listings. Although we have a large warehouse inventory, all of our items are specially priced, with multiple watchers for each item, and with many offline sales as well. We want to give you every opportunity to buy the part you need with our quick delivery, so whatever we need to do to get you to press the "buy it now" button, we will do!         If my best friend asked me abo...

        If my best friend asked me about this business, I would scream "NO!!! DON'T!!!!" and then tell them the horror story of my experience with The Part Monster.



        I ordered a part, paid for a part, and the part broke within the 90 day warranty period. I contacted The Part Monster to replace the broken part, and after dealing with the manager "Jonathan" who was very rude to me, was sent the wrong part as replacement. I received the wrong part and returned it the next day!! I have not received the correct part nor a refund for this purchase! My phone calls, messages, and emails have not been responded to.



        I would also show my friend the rating for this business on the Better Business Bureau - it's an F and has been for at least 3 years!



        DON'T do business with this company!!!
