'The Centers' in Ocala, Florida uses the word "Hope" as a marketing tool, but nothing could be further than the truth. The people employed there are extremely rude, cold and callous. The operating revenue comes from psychotropic drugs, so they do everything possible to push drugs on people and get them addicted to drugs. The head psych is a Nigerian with a degree from Nigeria and he has many bad reviews.
The State of Florida reimburses "The Centers" for the drugs administered and pays the high salaries of the psychs with your tax dollars, although the 'Centers' is listed as a non-profit 501c3.
I can't reveal my sources, but anyone 'adjudicated mentally deficient' by the corrupt psychs and judges in Marion can get the situation remedied with an 'under-the-table payoff' to the Judge of $5,000 ASSUMING you did NOTHING Wrong.
'Marion' County needs to be re-named 'Marxist' County. It fits the real situation here.

The Centers is nothing more than a scam to bill Medicaid/Medicare or private insurances. The staff are negligent, abusive, and even sexually inappropriate with residents. The facility needs to be audited by the state governing bodies and closed. People are being intentionally hurt here. Staff such as clinicians, psychiatrists and nurses should be investigated and held liable for the gross and intentional disregard of their respective professional ethics and standards associated with license expectations. Client rights are ignored, abused, and withheld from consumers to avoid accountability. The cleanliness of the facility is deplorable, and the level of cross-contamination from urine and feces is present everywhere. For most patients/consumers, jail/incarceration will be a much more safe, hygienic, and medically/clinically appropriate option. Very sad but true. This facility does not deserve the one star I am at least forced to give it in order to post this review.
