The Best General Maintenance

We are writing this letter of recommendation for Mr. Rudy Duran, who painted our 95 year old craftsman home in Coronado, Ca. Mr. Duran did a simply outstanding job of painting not only the house itself, but also the trim, outside patio & front walkway. Mr. Duran's service was particularly noteworthy because he spent as much time preparing our old home for its new paint as he did in actually applying the paint itself. Mr. Duran not only identified a series of problems, but also spent long hours stripping at least five layers of paint and preparing old wood for new paint. Upon conclusion of the job, there was not a drop of excess paint on any of our landscaping or the house itself. Each day, Mr. Duran carefully put away his materials, leaving our home in pristine condition. Mr. Duran also performed numerous small contracting projects that were not included in the original contract. Our house looks better today than it has in our 45 year ownership, and we can honestly give Mr. Duran & crew our highest recommendation! Helen M. Anderson Coronado Ca.
