Call someone else. Maybe it was the guy I had but he place an 18" hole in my roof to run wires, but didn't use it in the end, so Im stuck with a hole now. He used a sharpie to draw on the wall but placed the outlet beside the outline, he broke away bricks on our new addition to the house because he said he needed to get to the wires, instead of going from the inside and he took down our ceiling fan and stepped on it, breaking the blade. I called for an electrician and they were prompt in getting out here to do the work I needed done. Electrician arrived at 12:30pm and left at 2:20pm. I was told on the phone that the rate was $69.99hr. I assumed there was a trip charge but was never actually given a quote for the job. I needed it done so once I showed him what I needed he went to work. He didn't have the right supplies so he did leave for 30 minutes to get them and I will say he did exactly what I asked and did a good job. When it came time for the bill he was unable to give me one and I was told it was going to be $395.. I was more than just a little taken back. For 2 hours work I was charged $108.00 p/hour for 3 hours,(again I say he was in and out in LESS than 2 Hrs and that includes him leaving for 30 minutes), and wasn't even given a receipt! I appreciate the quick response, but feel as thou I was overcharged,( if not over charged overbilled an extra hour.) I inquired as to why it was $108 hr and that I was told $70 and he acted like he had no idea why I would be told that. I called the owner after technician left and was told I was charged that because I am a commercial account and that the other rate was for residential. The rest of my bill was parts and a "truck" charge and tax. I made it very clear when I called that I was a business.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Templeton Electric to anyone and I would ask up front how much they charge. I feel like the least they should have done was honor the $69.99 hr I was quoted on the phone.

Awesome company! Friendly, helpful and went out of their way for us. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Prices were comparable and their work crews were very polite and quick.
