        Horrible. Tech in a sec is a joke. Do not use them. The guy sat on google the entire time trying to figure out what the issue was. He also fought with me about what time he arrived so he could be paid more. He didnt know anything. He wasted 2 hours of my time and his. SUCH A JOKE!!! Doesnt even deserve one star.

        I went to this shop and the ow...

        I went to this shop and the owner who claims he has all this experience and knowledge about repairing computers and the like.... is actually not true! He looked up what "may be wrong" with my computer on google O.o which after looking around for a long while still could not figure out what was wrong. Yet he told me that I would need to spend more money to repair the computer, even though he could not give me an exact diagnosis. After all of this aggravation, I finally took it to an actual computer repair shop.. which will remain nameless.... where I got my computer fixed in a matter of hours, with a tech who could tell me EXACTLY what was wrong and didn't tell me I had to buy stuff I didn't need to fix it.
