        Overall
        Great products, lousy customer service

        Would give 5 stars if the owner and the sales rep properly addressed after-sales product issues. Make sure you have everything in writing in the contract. Original tankless water heater installed was undersized for my house. Company did not follow up or care that a defective pool controller was installed in spite of making many promises that they will take care of the issue.
