My truck water pump blew out. I called and explain that i needed truck pulled off I-30 so that another box truck will be able to reverse and take payload ASAP. They gave me a qoute of 375 for 2which is about average in trucking industry . The wrecker got there at 10.33am and towed to nearby truck stop. Driver tried to convince me to take to their shop for repair but i declined and told him that i was going to replace the part myself. Its pretty easy. After paying i noticed the tow driver had removed the shaft that connect transmission to axles. I reminded him but he said that was not part of his job and if he was to do so, i need to pay another 2 hours. I called their office initial contact but it was fruitless. I refused to pay extra ripoff. I had to call another roadside service and pay to get it fixed. The second guy could even believe someone can do that
