SuperShuttle

Worse ride EVER!!!! Do not use this service. Seriously feared for my life. Took this shuttle from Miami to Ft Lauderdale and our driver was #522. Constantly honking and yelling at other drivers, straddling lanes, slamming his breaks on and was very rude to the people working the curb at the southwest counter. They even commented on this to us. Seriously almost got car sick. Didn't get his name but he was driving van #522 on March 4th.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE TO FLL

Waited 40 minutes for my shuttle to drive me to FLL. They told me they would be there in 5 minutes and when they didn't get there in 30min later, finally had to drive myself to the airport. Called the exec offices and two staff members (Robin and her boss Russell) were extremely unreasonable and rude, personally insulted me, and refused to compensate me for parking at the airport. Claimed they wouldn't even reimburse for taxi fare. Word to the wise: never use this shuttle if you plan to be treated like a human being!
