My Husband and I went on a Honeymoon that was booked through this Company. I am so happy beyond words on how much the Agent went out of her way to plan our honeymoon trip. Originally my Husband and I had no clue where we wanted to go. The Agent was so knowledgeable and experienced that she guided us and all we did was say YES! I love using a travel agency especially this one because she made me feel at ease with the process from beginning to end. My Honey moon was AMAZING! thank you tons :)

We worked with this agency in November planning our Honeymoon to Hawaii. We just got home and the trip went perfectly. Maui was absolutely gorgeous and the Hyatt Regency was such a great choice by our agent. Thank you for making this a once in a lifetime trip!

Last month i booked a Europe river cruise with this agency. We were going to book it initially through the cruise line however friends of ours told us to try these guys well their rate was better and service outstanding we will use them for now on Ronnie H

I went to the The Royal in Playa Del Carmen from 3-6-16 to 3-12-16 and it was perfect in everyway. This was my first time flying or leaving the country so I was having some anxiety but Fred Avery was fantastic. Fred was very patient with all my questions and explained step by step the process.Fred represents the very best of Superior Travel because he really cares about the people he works with and wants us to have an amazing experience. i will definitely be using this agency again. We just got back from our first Disney World vacation. We took our 2 girls to the Art of Animation resort and stayed in the little mermaid room which was recommended to us by our agent Erica. She couldn't have been more right. My daughters were so excited when they saw the room décor. We will definitely be using this company again for next years trip. Thanks again!!!

We just returned from a trip to Hawaii...there were several issues we had to deal with.that I won't go into because it was due to fun jet tours and not Superior travel. Our travel agent was Daniel Richards and I can not say enough good things about him. He was kind , courteous, and very patient with two seniors that had to deal with the negligence of the tour company. Daniel went to bat for us and went above and beyond to correct the mistakes. Never did we blame Daniel for this. This was a trip of a lifetime and Daniel Richards understood that and kept in contact with us on a daily basis to assure us he was doing everything he could for us. I would highly recommend Superior Travel and especially Daniel Richards for your travel needs. I would not recommend you use fun jet tours...we were to be treated as VIP's and never were.....but that's another story.

Me and my Wife just booked a Cruise for our 13th Anniversary and we are very excited. What I was looking for when I called this Agency is to find someone who could walk us through cruising 101 since this will be our first Cruise experience and neither one of us know what to expect on board. The young lady we spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us. We look forward to using this company in the future.

Terrific experience with Superior, overall good price outstanding service with no complaints except the weather in Hawaii it rained almost everyday we were there which made for a dreary week, thanks Mother Nature. But again this company did everything well and lived up to the reputation.

We tried to plan our Europe trip on our own, this was a HUGE mistake. My husband and I were at each others throat so we decided to call a Agent. Wellllllll we got the best agent named Fred he knew so much about our destinations and and his experience showed everything went flawless and our trip (which was over New Years) was the best trip we have ever taken. We are now planning another one with him and this company to Italy.

I just booked a cruise on the Disney Dream for me and my kids and my grandkids and I am so happy that this was an easy process. This is our first time cruising so I didn't know what to expect. This agency really helped me out by explaining everything that I need to know and I am completely satisfied with their service so far.

The service we got from this agency was outstanding. We got stranded by Expedia for our family vacation, we then called this company and they were able to get us a resort and flight home. We are 100% satisfied with this company.

Well I have to say the reviews were right! I have never used a travel agent in the past but I was tasked with putting together a company trip for a group of 30 employees and was really overwhelmed at first. After looking up some agencies in my area I found this one and gave them a call. The agent I spoke to put everything together for me and made it super easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trip and we will use them again next year.

This is what a travel agency should be! I had to answer a few basic questions when I was looking into booking a Caribbean cruise, but after that, Daniel did all the work to get us set up for our cruise. I've dealt with other agencies, and I felt like I was doing their job for them! Not here! Daniel is terrific, and I will definitely be a return customer!

We booked a trip with this company back in March for Hawaii. We just got back home yesterday and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything went exactly how the agent said it would go. I was a little skeptical about booking through an agent since I have never done it before but after this experience I will definitely use this company again. I can now see why they have a 5 star rating.

We planned a trip to St. Lucia at the Sandals property with this agency and it was AWESOME!!! Everything went so smoothly and it was exactly how we planned. We can't wait to go back and I will definitely use them again next year.
