There are four basement apartments being rented at 1500 Water St. NE that is riddled with roaches and a lot of black mold. The owners are doing nothing to remedy this situation. The last tenant has finally been able to get out of there although he had to leave furniture behind that was full of roaches. Also there are no windows. I don't want to see some other down and out person having to live like this. They don't dare say anything for fear they will be evicted. Please look into this.
