I rented a trailer from Sportland and Scott was very helpful. He answered all my questions and set me up with a great rental trailer. Great smile and a sweet ass too. Highly recommended!

For 17 years we have been a reputable family owned business that sells, repair and rent trailers and rv's, sell and install accessories. We do our best to educate our customers on the use of their equipment when it's installed but can't make them follow our suggestions. We also have a 30 day no return policy which is posted in our showroom. It is not our practice to be unreasonable when a customer is unhappy with the product they purchased 6 months previously and did not follow manufacture instructions or suggestions for operation of their equipment. We do not have the ability to access customer bank accounts unless they give us their actual credit or debit card at the time of the transaction so we can REFUND THEIR ACCOUNT. No matter how far above and beyond we go to try help, some customers just can't be satisfied, however our goal will be to continue to try and satisfy those ungrateful customers

Very happy in doing business with them when I was spending over $700. Subsequent problems with the installation (5 times in 5 months and 6 times towing) resulted in me being stranded, having to tow without any peace of mind, involving other dealers across the state in trying to resolve Sportland installation problem, and my finally asking for my money back due to a non-working tow system. This is when the real problems started. Owner Cheryl yelled at me, accused me of using them, kept 25% of price, changed invoice details, refused to give Brian (owner) phone messages, etc. This is probably the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received. I do not trust Sportland and would never, under any circumstances do business with them again. I believe Cheryl goes ballistic beyond reason and I feared for my safety. Perhaps she only behaves this way toward women, but I was scared and lost a lot of money, tons of time, and lots of physical problems as a result of their inability to get the hitch adjustments made.

Rented a RV these guys and Gals (Amber) were GREAT! they really care about you having a Good trip and returning very Fair! TJ
