I wanted to commend the job that Southern Construction did in clearing our power lines. Bruce Combs went out of his way to meet with us due to our limited availability. He carefully explained all the trees he had to cut, listened to my concerns and made the experience less painful. They cleaned up the trimmings, leaving the place neat.

I wasn't totally clear on our desires for handling the slash along our drive. After they left the area, I contacted him about one concern and there crew came back within 24 hours, leaving the area exactly as we wanted it.

I felt that Bruce and his staff went above and beyond in meeting our special needs and wanted to thank them.
