Pam was very efficient in replying to our questions. She handled the planning of our trip wonderful, everything was planned down to the last detail, including a driver for the entire day, who took us wherever we wanted. Prices were great for the experience, would definitely use her again.

Mrs. Pam was very patient with a newly wed couple that had never been outside of the country together, let alone during COVID. She made everything quick and easy with giving us a variety of places to choose from at the location we decided (Cancun). We had so much fun at the hard rock and the price was just right for us and she could have adjusted it to however we asked her to. Simple, easy, and well worth it.

Last year, we attended an informational presentation given by Pam at South Shore Travel. The evening events were held at Clear Lake BMW. We learned about the AMA Waterway cruise through Germany, witnessed the unveiling of the new BMW, and enjoyed a delicious German meal. This amazing evening was a precursor to an equally enjoyable vacation experience. South Shore Travel created a trip for us that was top quality from Amsterdam to Lucerne. We already have made contact for our next European vacation!

For our recent trip to Italy (our first), we used South Shore Travel. It was the best decision we could have made. Pam was precise and thorough will all arrangements and made sure that each transition was seamless. From Rome to Florence to Tuscany to the Amalfi Coast, we were able to relax and enjoy the diverse scenery and experiences without worrying about the travel/accommodation details. Pam arranged for excellent tour guides when necessary and made sure we hit every item on our bucket list.
